Right of withdrawal

If you are a natural person placing this order solely for private purposes you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without having to provide a reason. This withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party assigned by you (that is not the carrier) took possession of the (last) wares.

with a clear declaration (e.g. via post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the withdrawal template provided by us, but this is not mandatory. You can print out the withdrawal template below. In order to uphold the withdrawal deadline, it is the timely dispatch of your declaration that counts.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments already made by you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from you selecting a more expensive delivery option that our cheapest standard delivery option), within fourteen days from the day we received your declaration of withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you. You will not be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund payments until we have received the returned wares or until you have provided sufficient proof that you have dispatched the wares, whichever is earlier. You must return or transfer the wares to the above address within fourteen days of submitting your declaration of withdrawal. This deadline shall be considered honoured as long as you dispatch the wares by the end of the deadline. We shall bear the costs to return the wares. You must only cover costs relating to a product’s loss of value if this can be traced back to you handling the goods further to what is necessary to ascertain the wares’ quality, attributes and functions.
